Sadie Franco, CNP
Certified Nurse Practitioner

Sadie is a nationally certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner through American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She completed her undergraduate from the University of Maryland and went on to complete her Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing at South University.
With over seven years of experience as a registered nurse in a variety of specialties, Sadie decided to continue her education by pursuing her degree in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioners to provide optimal care to her patients.
Sadie became a Nurse Practitioner to help people before they become sick by preventing diseases by keeping people involved in their health and/or keeping chronic diseases from causing long-term health problems.
Her goals here at La Casa are to provide the community with great patient care and become a trusted provider in the community. Sadie is a firm believer in building relationships with her patients to provide the best individualized patient care. She enjoys educating patients to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent chronic disease. Working with her patients to manage and prevent chronic disease exacerbation is her passion.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and 2 dogs. She enjoys the outdoors and volunteering is a huge part of her life as she wants to give back to her community and the underserved in Hispanic countries.
