Community Health Centers serve as the beacon of strength, service, and care in their communities. This year’s health center week theme is Community Health Centers: The Chemistry for Strong Communities. Our very own health center, La Casa Family Health Center will be hosting a Back to School Health Center Celebrations! These events are for the entire family to enjoy!
- FREE health services include: shots for tots, blood pressure checks, dental screenings!
- COVID-19 Vaccines will be available for everyone ages 12 years of age and older!
- FREE interactive games, community vendors, bounce house, food, music, face painting, and more!
Backpacks filled with school supplies and bikes for all ages will be given away throughout the day! You don’t want to miss it!
